Valley Oaks Meats is a family-owned and operated butcher shop in Blue Springs, Missouri. Founded in 1992 by David and Sandra Ward, our company has grown from an Angus cattle farm into a vertically integrated operation that raises, processes, and sells our high-quality, delicious meat. We provide the expertise of a large processing plant with the care and dedication of a hometown butcher shop, and we’d love to serve you too.

Our Services

Bulk Packages

We offer our premium beef and pork also in a bulk packages such as quarter, halves, or whole cows and half or whole pork. Please see our bulk packages tab for more info.

Retail Meats

We offer farm-fresh beef raised on our own land and locally sourced Heritage pork through our retail meat counter. Get a list of our popular retail cuts available for purchase at our shop in downtown Blue Springs.

Local Products

We also carry a variety of delicious products from small businesses in the area to keep your refrigerator stocked with locally sourced food.
